Description

The room is part of a 93 square meter large apartment in the Letziturm, opposite the Letzipark. The bus stop is located right in front of the house and the Altstetten train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The room is rented furnished and has its own bathroom directly in the room. Additionally, there is a cozy loggia, which is perfect for a coffee or a drink. The basement is not included. The rent is CHF 1550.- per month, including electricity, heating, water, and internet. The room is available from early December to late April or, by agreement, until late May. We can flexibly adjust the rental period, but we would be happy if you stay in the room for the entire rental period. We are quite open-minded regarding age, gender, or occupation - what's more important is that we get along well. We are looking for someone who lives openly and uncomplicatedly and also enjoys having a coffee or a beer together in the evening. At the same time, everyone should have their own space. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are generally welcome, as long as they are house-trained. Home parties are not really our thing - but we have no problem with a cozy get-together or a visit. You would share the apartment with Nina (26), who works as a certified nursing professional in shift work and is a relaxed and uncomplicated roommate. We like an uncomplicated shared apartment life, where you get along well, but don't feel like you have to do something all the time. I'm Sandro (29) and I'll be going to the mountains for five months. That's why I'm looking for someone who feels comfortable in the apartment and lives there together with Nina. And what's most important is that we get along well - the rest usually works out by itself!😊

In high-demand areas, property listers find themselves pre-selecting prospects to manage the number of viewings. Timing – first come, first served – is key, but other criteria can also influence selection. A high income doesn’t always mean an advantage – be honest about it.
