Since I will be moving in with my girlfriend on a trial basis for a certain period, I would like to sublet my apartment to a reliable and uncomplicated person during that time.

Therefore, the subletting agreement would be made with a notice period of 2 weeks.

If I decide not to move back into the apartment, there is the possibility that the subtenant can take over the apartment as main tenant afterwards. It would also be possible to take over individual or all furniture by agreement.

I am looking for a reliable person who agrees with this flexible solution and handles the apartment and furniture with care.
