In a 4.5-room apartment with approximately 100 m² of living space in Winterthur-Seen, a furnished room is available for subletting.

The rental includes a ca. 20 m² large, separately lockable bedroom with a closet. In addition to your own private area, you have access to the spacious common areas of the apartment.

The apartment is used as an uncomplicated 2-person shared flat. A special feature is that the main tenant is regularly abroad for longer periods of time for professional reasons – usually around 4 to 6 months a year.

During these periods, you have the common areas of the apartment largely to yourself.

In addition to your own bedroom, which is approximately 20 m² in size, a spacious living room is available for shared use. Directly in front of it is another spacious living/dining area, which is mainly used as a dining area.

The kitchen, bathroom, and balcony are also shared.

The apartment is partially furnished. TV and internet/WLAN are available and included in the rent.

The main tenant keeps their own bedroom, which is also separately lockable. This means that each person has their own lockable retreat area.

In addition, the basement and attic are available for shared use.

In the building, there is a shared laundry room and a separate drying room, which are shared with the other tenants. There is also a shared bicycle room.

The apartment is located on the upper ground floor and can be reached via a short staircase. There is no elevator, which is why the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

No parking space is available.

The apartment is located in a very practical location in Winterthur-Seen. Public transportation and shopping facilities are within a few minutes' walking distance.

We are looking for a reliable, uncomplicated, and independent person who values a pleasant and relaxed living together.

The main tenant is employed, uncomplicated, and sociable. When he is in Switzerland, the apartment is used as a normal and relaxed 2-person shared flat.

However, due to professional reasons, he is regularly abroad for longer periods – usually around 4 to 6 months a year.

During his absences, you can enjoy a lot of privacy and use the common areas of the approximately 100 m² large apartment largely on your own.

The rent includes utility costs, TV, and internet/WLAN.

Electricity is not included in the rent and is divided fairly according to usage or presence. During the main tenant's longer absences abroad, his absence is taken into account when dividing the costs.
