I'm renting out my 13 m² furnished shared room in Uster from 28.09. until 01.01.2027 or by agreement. The location is super central: Uster train station is only about 100 meters away, from there you can reach Zürich Stadelhofen train station in about 11 minutes and Zürich HB in about 15 minutes. Nevertheless, the apartment is in a quiet environment and has a modern standard.

The apartment has an open, modern kitchen and a spacious living room, which can be used jointly, of course. The room is fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy, including a bed with mattress, wardrobe, and desk. The bathroom is shared.

CHF 1'050.–/month for the entire period, including electricity, ancillary costs, and high-speed internet – there are no additional costs.

You would be living with Reto (30) and Jan (33). Both are working professionals, and we are a quiet, uncomplicated shared apartment where everyone basically does their own thing. If it works out, we like to meet in the kitchen for a chat or spend some time together spontaneously. There is no fixed shared apartment plan, and no obligation to constantly do something together.

We are looking for a tidy, diligent, and uncomplicated person who fits well into a quiet shared apartment for working professionals.
