Shared room for rent – actually almost like having your own apartment 😊
I'm looking for an uncomplicated person between 25 - 40 years old for a room in my apartment.
Since I'm away a lot and hardly ever home, you'd basically have the apartment to yourself on a daily basis. It's more like a shared flat with a lot of privacy than the classic shared living situation. 😉
The room is 20sqm and the apartment is located in Tägerwilen on the 3rd floor, no elevator. The kitchen, both bathrooms with shower, and the remaining rooms are shared.
I'm generally a person who likes to share things. For example, I have a sewing machine and various instruments that you're welcome to use – as long as you treat them with respect, of course. 😊
I also have a shared boat, and if the opportunity arises, I'm happy to do things together. Whether it's going out, being on the boat, or just having a coffee – I'm game, but absolutely no pressure. I think it's nice if we get along well without having to do something together all the time.
What's most important to me is that we click on a personal level and can interact with each other in an uncomplicated way. You should be independent, considerate, and simply a pleasant and reliable roommate.
