A room is becoming available in a 3.5-room apartment of 120 m², located on the 1st floor, with a large terrace. The two rooms in the apartment are of similar size.

The apartment features:

2 toilets
a large terrace
an equipped kitchen
fully furnished common areas
The furniture and equipment in the common areas belong to me, but are of course available to the roommate, as well as the dishes, utensils, and various kitchen items. The idea is that you won't need to buy everything to settle in 😊
🐱 Note: I have two very furry cats 🐱
They are part of the life in the apartment and are present in the common areas. If you don't like cats or are allergic, unfortunately, the shared apartment won't be suitable.
