We are looking for a family to share and bring to life this apartment with us. (E.g., 2 adults and 1-2 small children, or 1 adult and 2 younger children, or expectant parents, ...) We wish for a family that enjoys community, likes music (maybe even plays with us), and also likes to have a garden party from time to time.

We are Tabea (30) and Nicolas (25) with Amari (almost 2). We both work in the broadcast and event industry. We love music, instruments, gardening, aperitifs, games, adventures, and shared flat life. That's why we also want to live in a shared flat setting with a family.
It's important to us to find a family that fits with us. We wish for a real community shared flat (not just a shared flat out of necessity)

The shared flat is in a 7-room apartment that spans 4 floors. We have 2-3 free rooms.
This is what the apartment looks like:
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, guest toilet, direct access to the garden
1st floor: living room
2nd floor: 2 free rooms, bathroom with toilet and bathtub
3rd floor: 3 rooms, bathroom with toilet and shower

The apartment is located in the small old town of Bülach and is very centrally located. It's in the "former city wall" and has a lot of charm.
Large basement, beautiful garden in the courtyard (also ideal for children), bike room, room for garden play equipment, underground parking, and attic storage can be rented separately.
