Description
We are looking for a female roommate (only women!).
Limited until the end of July 2027, as our daughters will then need the apartment for studies/training.
Net CHF 790.–/month, gross CHF 910.–/month.
The gross rent includes all ancillary costs (including advance payment for electricity and WLAN/Internet, radio/TV fee) and furniture.
The apartment and the room are furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
A color laser printer and an E-Piano are available for use in the living room.
The bike cellar and laundry room are also available for shared use with the other residents of the residential building.
The 4.5 room apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) - less than 10 minutes' walk from Kollbrunn train station.
In addition to the two rented rooms, the rest of the apartment is available for shared use,
except for the smallest room, which we use as a storage room and therefore remains private.
For the application, please arrange a video call, have a copy of your ID or passport ready, and for foreign applicants, also a residence permit and enrollment (for students).
Before moving in, a security deposit of CHF 1,000.- will be due, to be paid together with the first rent. Will be fully refunded after proper termination of the contract.
