Description

Two small wooden houses behind the forest, on the edge of the Bäumlistrasse nature reserve in Winterthur. Large plot of land, not visible from the outside, with a view over the city. Available for sublet from October 2026 to March 2027.

The two houses

A separate bedroom house and a main house with kitchen, living room, toilet, and sink. Heated with a fireplace and infrared heaters. The winter garden is covered and dry, with a heater. It is comfortable for two to three people, for a couple or a small family, but visitors can still come, the space inside is simply limited, but it has a total of 8 sleeping places. If desired, the beds in the bedroom house can be removed and the room can be used differently.

Sauna in the outdoor area

In the outdoor area, a furnished sauna hut with a view over Winterthur is available and has space for up to 6 people sitting or 2 people lying down.

Sanitary facilities

Showering is done outside, with warm water available. Toilet and sink are in the house.

Location

Approximately 10 minutes on foot to the bus stop, from there about 15 minutes to the city center. Parking spaces for 2 cars in front of the door and belong to the property.

Good to know

Simple equipment, everything necessary is available. Ideal for nature-loving people who need a break in silence and peace. Right next to the forest, no neighbors. Includes: water, furniture/equipment, electricity.

Option to take over

If possible, the little house can be taken over.
