It is logistically almost impossible for us to offer a viewing appointment, as we are only rarely in Bern. However, the apartment is in good condition (see pictures). There are no hidden defects that we are aware of, in particular, no mold, defective devices, etc. We cannot guarantee this, as we are only tenants ourselves and the landlord is responsible for rental defects.
