Hello! Beautiful house with sauna, vegetable garden, pond, wood workshop
For September 15th or October 1st, a room is available in a 5-room shared house.
We are looking for a woman or a couple to maintain balance in the shared house. Currently, the shared house is inhabited by 3 men and 1 woman.
The people living in the shared house are all in their thirties. Everyone works and is active and enjoys outdoor activities. Due to our different work schedules and the outdoor activities we like to do, the shared house is independent. However, we enjoy sharing meals and common moments when we meet at home.
We have a meeting every month.
The room is 13.6m2 and the rent is 661 francs, including charges, it is possible that the estimate we made of the charges exceeds a little during the winter. If the room is taken over as a couple, the rent is higher, given that there is one more person in the house.
There are many storage spaces in the room with built-in wardrobes inside and outside the room and also an attic and a cellar.
In the house, there is a large garden, it is possible to grow vegetables, there are 3 cats and a pond.
We do not accept anyone with a dog to maintain the balance of the cats
