I'm looking for a roommate for the room in the picture, with balcony (unfurnished), for the next possible date.

Additionally, another room can possibly be shared (e.g. for a wardrobe)

I'm basically planning to give up my 3.5-room apartment, which is why the apartment could be taken over completely later - probably no later than March 2027.

I have a cat named Cuba, who lives with me in the apartment and is a sociable, little friend. :)

The apartment is located in Heiterweid. A parking space can be rented here for around 75chf.

Please introduce yourself briefly and prepare important documents for the property management (extract from debt collection register, employment contract, pay slips, references).

For me, a reference, for example from the employer, is also very important.
