From October 1, 2026, or by arrangement, I am renting out my bright and spacious 25 m2 room in Breitenrain for a sublease until the end of November 2026.

Since I myself will be moving away due to professional reasons, my room will be available from October. The existing shared apartment ends at the end of November, so the sublease is limited to this period.

The room offers plenty of space to live and work. Two large built-in closets provide additional storage space without taking away from the living area. The bed can stay in the room. Other furniture can be taken over by arrangement, but it's not necessary.


The apartment

The spacious and bright apartment has beautiful parquet floors, a large living and dining room, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, bathroom, and balcony.

The house has an elevator. In the basement, there are two washing machines and two dryers available. Behind the house, there are covered storage spaces for bicycles. A basement is also available.


The shared apartment

You will be living with Alex. He is employed, sporty, and often on the go. Katharina is the main tenant and mostly lives with her partner. She is usually only briefly in the apartment during her lunch break. This means you will have a lot of space and privacy.


The location

The apartment is located in the popular Breitsch area, near the Kornhausbrücke. It's quiet and yet very central.

The tram is about a 5-minute walk away. You can reach the Bern city center, the Aare, and the Lorraine bridge in about 10 minutes on foot.


Rent

CHF 750 per month, including heating costs.

Electricity and other consumption-based ancillary costs will be invoiced proportionally.

Available from October 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Limited until the end of November 2026.
