• Meeting point : In front of the main entrance of the building at Place du Métral 1, 1226 Thônex. The current tenant will come to pick you up directly at the entrance. Please do not enter individually.

• Mandatory application form : Please come to the visit with your complete, already printed, and ready application form for the management Comptoir Immobilier.

Mandatory documents to be included in your application (for each tenant and guarantor) :

• The official registration form from Comptoir Immobilier ("Logement à loyer libre") must be properly completed and signed. • A copy of a valid identity document (passport or ID card) and, for foreigners, a copy of the residence permit (B, C, L, etc.).
