The apartment is approximately 39 m2 in size and is located just about 3 streets from Lake Zurich and 3 streets from Stadelhofen train station and the Opera House.

Despite its very central location, you have your own cozy home in the middle of the city.

The apartment is bright and fully equipped and can be occupied practically directly with your luggage. The furniture will differ from the photos at move-in, as the furniture will be replaced or changed by then.

The apartment has an open living, sleeping, and dining area. Due to the large windows and the balcony, it appears very bright and pleasant. The kitchen and living area merge into one, and at the same time, there is enough space for a proper dining area and a separate workspace.

The location is exceptionally practical for Zurich:

Lake Zurich, Stadelhofen train station, the Opera House, and Bellevue are within walking distance in a few minutes.

This means you are not only excellently connected to public transport but also directly by the lake and in the middle of the city.

Rental period:

Temporary sublet from early or mid-November/December 2026, expected until June/July 2027. The exact end date can be agreed upon after discussion.

The apartment is particularly suitable for a single person who lives or works in Zurich for a few months and is looking for a fully furnished apartment in a very central location.
