Unfortunately, there's a catch, but more on that below. We're renting out our completely renovated house with a large open living area, stunning lake view, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plenty of green space, open kitchen, fireplace, spacious attic with extra room, fully equipped workshop, including a welding area, sewing room, sauna, open large shower, large garden with barbecue area, lawn mower robot, automated chicken coop, play area with a house and sandbox, and a large terrace with sun loungers and a dining table. The entire house is heated by a wood stove for cozy warmth, as well as a heat pump and underfloor heating. The additional costs are manageable.
Now, the catch is that we only want to rent the house for a year, as we're going on a world trip as a family.
It would be from mid/late July 2027 to early July 2028.
What furniture is exactly available would be discussed.
We're looking for the right people, not just about the money.
