I am looking for a roommate for my fully furnished 2 1/2 room apartment in district 10 (near Wipkinger train station). The apartment has a large kitchen-living room and a nice small balcony, a washing machine is available in the laundry room and of course internet connection. The room has a wardrobe and is furnished, but you can also rearrange it to your liking. Most of the time I'm at my boyfriend's place, so you can often enjoy the apartment on your own. I'm looking for an open, respectful roommate who likes plants and is also willing to take care of them with me. A working woman who is stable in her life and possibly looking for a second home would be ideal. I (57) am uncomplicated, considerate, and often go hiking in the mountains. I value a sustainable lifestyle, and separating trash is important to me.
