Description
Since Mahra is moving out, we are looking for a new roommate for our 3-room shared apartment. Available immediately!
Location
It's hard to get more central: in 3 minutes you're at the market square, in 10 minutes at the train station and in 15 minutes at the HSG. The three Weihern are also within walking distance.
Room & Apartment
Your room is approximately 20 square meters, bright with high ceilings and has direct access to a balcony. You can find the floor plan in the appendix.
The shared apartment is fully furnished with a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen and everything else you might need.
The current furniture can be purchased after agreement. (The pictures in the ad are still from the previous tenant, new pictures with the current furniture will be uploaded soon).
Your Roommates
With us, it's a mix of everything: sometimes you cook together and exchange ideas, sometimes everyone retreats to their room, whatever suits you. We welcome students as well as working professionals.
We emphasize the importance of having a clean shared apartment and expect the same from you.
Additionally, we are looking for a non-smoker. Pets are not allowed.
