The modern apartment offers around 100 m² of living space, is located on the ground floor, and has a large terrace. It is situated in a quiet, rural environment and offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. We can discuss the room layout together to find a suitable solution for both of us. The spacious basement compartment also provides sufficient storage space. Parking spaces can be rented in the underground garage if needed, also with a power connection.

- 2 minutes to the Gisikon-Root motorway junction
- Gisikon-Root train station with good train connections
- Bus stop Kirchenplatz Dietwil can be reached in 2 walking minutes
- Badi Dietwil can be reached in 2 walking minutes
- The Reuss is within walking distance
- Lucerne in about 15 minutes by car
- Zurich in about 30 minutes by car
I live with a well-behaved dog. Other pets are possible after discussion.
Since I am often on the road, I wish for a self-sufficient, uncomplicated person who values order, consideration, and a pleasant cohabitation.
