Hello!
I'm looking for a flatmate for my apartment in Boltshausen (suburb of Weinfelden), or I'm renting out a beautiful room. Male or female, from December 1st, 2026, at the earliest.
I'm M, 35 years old, working as a researcher/lecturer at a university.
As a flatmate, I would describe myself as empathetic, funny, compromising, cooking, and needing rest.
The social aspect/community is important to me in a shared flat - not just a community of convenience.
I live alone, but every other weekend my kids come over and stay here.
Price: 900 francs/month - all-inclusive (see below)
The room for rent: 16 square meters, with large built-in closets
Private bathroom (=2 in total), large living area, kitchen, garden, parking space for a car
Internet and all additional costs (such as heating, water, electricity, etc.) included
Commitment to help with gardening, specifically: mowing and trimming the lawn every other month during the summer half-year.
Deposit to be left: three months' rent = 2700 francs.
