For my very centrally located 3-room apartment in Kloten (intersection at Zum Wilden Mann), I am looking for a female roommate (preferably non-smoker) immediately.
The rental agreement is unlimited and should not be less than 6 months.
2 of the 3 rooms are sublet, but only to ONE individual.
The location is perfect for commuters, flight attendants, or airport staff. Several bus stops are practically in front of the door; buses run at minute intervals. In just 3 minutes, you are at the airport/OPC; the main train station (HB) can be reached in about 15 minutes.
Many shopping opportunities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is on the 1st floor; there is no elevator. A small basement compartment is also included. There are no parking facilities directly at the house.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is available immediately; the deposit is 1 month's rent.
Since I am a part-time flight attendant and commute, I am rarely on site, so you would have the apartment to yourself most of the time.
