Description
I (w, 42) am looking for a new subtenant by November 1, 2026, at the latest. Earlier entry is possible.
Ideally, you have already celebrated your 30th birthday and are still happy to travel and like to go on vacation. The best case would be only a weekday stay.
I myself am abroad 1-2 times longer and will sublet my room during that time. The openness to this must be given.
In addition to the room with a closet, you can of course use the living room, kitchen, and bathroom, but please without the intention of realizing yourself, the apartment is already lovingly furnished and has existed for 16 years.
The cost of your cleaning service every 2 weeks is included in the costs. Other costs such as electricity, joint expenses for the household, bills, etc. are regularly divided by 2.
A deposit of CHF 2000.- is to be deposited.

Ideally, we have similar interests and can also philosophize about the world together, but it's not a must.
