Description
We are looking for a new roommate for our shared flat at Anton-Graff-Strasse 19 in Winterthur as of November 1st.
The house is renovated and offers, in addition to the four shared rooms, a living room and a kitchen (oven, steamer, dishwasher). There are two bathrooms (1st floor with bathtub + toilet, 2nd floor with shower + toilet) and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement. Additionally, there are two free parking spaces, a large garden with a seating lounge, a vegetable bed, and a terrace, also with a seating lounge.
• The room is on the 2nd floor: approx. 12 m², CHF 1,080/month (850 rent + 230 utilities)
The utilities include electricity, heating, internet, household essentials (cleaning supplies, toilet paper, kitchen paper, etc.), a cleaning service, and a reserve for repairs and replacement.
Deposit: CHF 1,850 (one-time, taken over by the next tenant when moving out). The box-spring bed (180cm) can be taken over for an additional 250.-.
Current residents: We are Chiara (28), Andri (30), and Lukas (25).
What we imagine: You are between 25 and 30, employed, uncomplicated, and tidy.
