Shared apartment room in Wiedikon available from the end of September
Hello everyone,
We are two 19-year-old women and are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment in the heart of Wiedikon. We prefer a woman who can move in from the end of September.
The available room is approximately 10.5 m² in size. The apartment also includes a large garden, which we can use together.
We are two open and uncomplicated roommates and wish for a relaxed and pleasant living together.
A viewing and personal meeting are possible, of course. If you are interested, feel free to write to us and tell us a bit about yourself and what you do.
It's also important to know that a renovation of the apartment is planned for the winter or early next year. During this time, the apartment will likely be uninhabitable for about three weeks. After the renovation, the rent will increase slightly, but we don't know exactly how much yet.
