As of November 1, 2026, we are looking for a tenant for our cozy 3.5-room apartment on the 1st floor in Matzendorf.

The apartment offers a parental bedroom, another bedroom, a spacious living/dining room, an open kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The washing machine is located directly in the apartment in its own household room.

Equipment:

• 2 parking spaces included on the square opposite the property

• Washing machine available in the apartment

• Cellar compartment available

• Shared use of garden

• Quiet location in the village of Matzendorf with a beautiful view of the greenery

Rent: CHF 1,100.– per month including ancillary costs

Deposit: CHF 2,200.–

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and throughout the house. Small pets are allowed, but a written permit from the administration is required for dogs and cats. The apartment is designed for 1 to 3 people.
