Are you looking for a cozy shared room?
From October, a cozy 11.4 square meter room will be available in our Spannortstrasse apartment. The 4.5 room apartment is a maisonette, spanning two floors, which means you can retreat to the upper floor during parties and have your peace.
The apartment has a great location, situated in the Neustadt, surrounded by great bars, the Neubad, and many cafes. Despite its central location, it's a very quiet neighborhood. You could even sleep with your window open ;). By bike, you're at the train station in less than 5 minutes, and on foot, it's a 10-minute walk in a fast pace.
About us:
You'll be living with three flatmates. Linda (21) works in a bar, Marco (27) studies at the HSLU, and Sämi (28) is employed. We value cleanliness and mutual respect. We're looking for an open and sympathetic person who enjoys a cozy togetherness.
The shared apartment is also currently undergoing some renovation, so if you're interested in enriching it with furniture or your ideas, we'd be delighted!
