My husband and I, both in our mid-20s, live together with our dog in a beautiful house with a garden and are looking for a person or couple to sublet.

The lower floor with approximately 40 m² is for rent. It includes two rooms (approximately 25 m²), which are separately accessible and additionally connected by a sliding door, a private bathroom, and two intermediate/corridor rooms (see floor plan). Additionally, a private front door is available on the floor.

The main living areas are located on the upper floor and are shared. These include kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony, guest room, attic, and the entire outdoor area and garden (+ laundry room on the ground floor). The garden can be planted and designed freely.

The house is located very quietly and directly on pasture land. Public transportation, Migros, Coop, and Denner are within approximately 10-15 minutes' walking distance. The forest and the Cholere Schlucht are only about 10 minutes away.

Certain shared tasks arise around the house, such as mowing the lawn or gardening. We wish for these to be fairly divided. Depending on the willingness to help, the rent can be adjusted accordingly.

For us, respectful and uncomplicated cohabitation is important. Whether joint evenings with games and cooking will arise will be seen, but it's not a must if you prefer to be alone.
