Description
In our 3-person shared apartment in Bruchquartier, a room will become available on October 1st. We are looking for a new roommate who fits well with our uncomplicated, active, and tidy shared apartment.
The room is approximately 25 m² in size and has a walk-in, furnished closet as well as its own bathroom. The room is rented unfurnished; however, it may be possible to take over the bed from the previous tenant. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and already well-equipped with everything you need for cooking, your own washing facilities, tumble dryer, furniture, and other basics for daily life.
A special highlight is the location on the top floor with a balcony and private rooftop terrace. From there, you have a beautiful view of Rigi and Pilatus. The shared apartment is located on Bruchstrasse, directly behind Pilatusplatz. The bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away, and Lucerne train station is about a 10-minute walk. Shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars, and the Reuss are also within a few minutes' walk.
You would be living with Laura and Marc. We are both in our mid-to-late 20s, working professionals, and Marc is also in the final phase of his master's studies. We are both athletic and active, and we enjoy spending our free time outdoors, at the gym, or with other activities. The atmosphere in our shared apartment is relaxed, respectful, and uncomplicated: we like to talk to each other, sometimes spontaneously have a drink together or do something, and at the same time, everyone does their own thing, and private time is just as important to us.
We are looking for someone who is ideally between 25 and 35 years old, works or is finishing their studies, and wants to stay in the apartment long-term. You would fit in well with us if you are open, independent, reliable, and tidy, have an active lifestyle, and are looking for a shared apartment where you feel at home without having to do everything together. Cleanliness is important to us, not pedantic, but so that everyone feels comfortable.
