About me and the living situation

I am the main tenant (46, separated parents of two daughters, 7 and 11, in a shared custody arrangement, 1-3 days/week). I am not a 9-to-5 person, often at home with a quiet, structured daily routine. I love IT, baking, and DIY projects. Sundays are deliberately quiet at my place.

The 104 m² large old building apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) is located in a traffic-calmed 30 km/h zone on the garden side – absolutely quiet. A sunny balcony with a sun sail invites you to relax. Fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher), bathroom with washing machine, spacious hallway, basement compartment.

Your room – flexible and ready to move in

• The sunniest room in the apartment, perfect for working and feeling at home. Equipped with:

• Height-adjustable desk and ergonomic office chair

• Sleeping sofa (single to king-size extendable)

• Closet, two armchairs, glass coffee table, L-shaped sofa

• Private 387-liter fridge and freezer (including food)

• Smart ceiling light and floor lamp with motion sensor

• If needed, the room can be completely emptied or furniture swapped.

Professional fitness studio directly in the apartment – included in the rent! Equipment: treadmill, strength station, plyo box, air bike, and more.

Training times: Mon-Sat 7:00-12:00 and 13:00-22:00

On the days when my daughters are with me (1-3 days/week), there are earlier dinners, sometimes toys in the hallway, or movie nights. It's lively but not chaotic. You will never be held responsible for childcare – I'm always there.
