The house spans three residential floors and also has a basement.

On the ground floor, there is the entrance area with space for shoes and a wardrobe, the kitchen with plenty of storage space and room for a small dining table, as well as a sitting room with a tile stove and a heated bench. The winter garden has underfloor heating and offers a beautiful view of the garden.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, two sinks, and a toilet.

The attic consists of a large, open room.

In the basement, there is a laundry room, a cellar and storage space, as well as an area currently used as a fitness room.

The garden is landscaped with numerous trees and plants and offers space for own plantings. Additionally, the house has a seating area, a shed, and a covered outdoor area.

Location

The train station is just a two-minute walk away. The house is still quiet, so the train traffic is hardly audible. The main train station in Zurich can be reached by train in about 25 minutes and by car in less than 30 minutes.

A Volg is located about ten minutes' walk away, and a local farm shop can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The house is surrounded by plenty of greenery, beautiful walking paths, and a friendly neighborhood.

Additionally, two parking spaces are available, which can be rented optionally for CHF 100.- per month.

Furniture takeover

A subsequent tenant who takes over the custom-made staircase in the winter garden and the perfectly fitted wardrobe in the main bedroom is preferred.

Two tables made of the same wood are available to match the staircase, which can also be taken over if desired.

Other furniture such as the dining table in the kitchen, the gym rack, sofa, armchair, or bed can be taken over by agreement. We will be happy to provide further information on furniture takeover during the viewing.
