Cozy home in Bad Ragaz looking for a nice roommate

Hello dear ones

We, a man over 60 and my lovely dog over 3, are looking for a sympathetic, uncomplicated, and reliable roommate for our rented single-family house in Bad Ragaz.

The house has a separate annex that is already rented out. We are offering a sublease with its own sublease contract.

A single parent with a child is also warmly welcome. Cats are allowed to move in, but dogs are unfortunately not possible since there is already a dog in the household.

You can use among other things:

large attic space kitchen with dining table and dishwasher bathroom with toilet and additional toilet cozy living room with fireplace covered terrace (loggia) fenced lawn currently also escape-proof for cats laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer basement additional room with closet in the basement possibly garage

And all of this in the middle of Bad Ragaz! about 5 minutes to Spar about 5 minutes to the public transport stop about 10 minutes to the train station

CHF 1,500 per month, including electricity, water, heating, and WLAN. The price is negotiable depending on the room choice and situation.

What's most important to us is that it's a good human fit. We're looking for someone who feels at home in a family-like, uncomplicated environment and enjoys respectful and pleasant cohabitation.
