Description
The apartment in brief:
The 5.5-room maisonette apartment consists of the top 3 floors of a 5-story building, 132m2 (excluding balcony and terrace, which add another 32m2), underfloor heating, induction stove, washing machine and dryer in the apartment, dishwasher, fiber optic internet, bike room, underground parking possible, parking spaces in blue zone as well as parking meters for visitors.
Lower floor (4th floor):
4 rooms, bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks, toilet. Your room has 15.5m2, built-in closets, parquet floor
Middle floor (5th floor):
Apartment entrance, kitchen (25m2), living room 36m2, balcony, separate toilet/sink, washing machine & dryer. Floor: stone slabs.
Top floor (6th floor):
Storage room (4.7m2) and terrace (28m2). Spiral staircase and floor above: parquet
The 5.5-room maisonette apartment is located in a dominant building on Michelstrasse in the Höngg district. The apartment is at the end of the building facing west and thus the associated rooftop terrace is very close to the sunset with an unobstructed view of the city from Lake Zurich, the Glarus Alps (naturally only in good weather) via Üetliberg, the Limmat valley.
And heeee: forest for jogging, training along the Limmat or Werd island, all possible within a few minutes.
Additionally: shopping possibilities right around the corner - from large distributors to wine specialists to organic shops, everything in the immediate vicinity. Post offices & banks, pharmacies, also two or three restaurants, all there.
Underground parking possible (CHF 140.00)
Very well connected by public transportation:
46 bus station in front of the house
50 tram and 80 bus are within a 3-minute walk
It should be a community shared apartment, but without a big party atmosphere. Also welcome are weekly commuters. Party animals and drug consumers are not our thing - parties are great and happen but it shouldn't be a party apartment. The focus is on a harmonious shared apartment life, a lot of freedom for everyone, a relaxed atmosphere, but also common rules.
We:
Shared apartment resident No.1, myself:
Clearly gay-friendly, because I'm gay... ;-)... I'm 50something, worked in tourism. Due to Corona, I changed branches and now I'm new in architecture. As a balance, I'm still very actively creative (graphics/motion/photography), since I was self-employed in PR & graphics for over 10 years. I would call myself a film geek (own web platform in planning) and enjoy wine & dine with friends & colleagues.
Shared apartment resident No.2:
Life happens outside: in the forest, in the sun, or on the bike. During the day, I'm in front of the screen as a project manager/software developer in the IT industry. Passionate early riser, definitely not a partygoer anymore (I'm approaching 30) and have been active in the scouts for 25 years. City person by conviction and sometimes homesick for the mountains.
You:
Maybe our shared apartment resident No.3?!?
Do you also have a regular daily routine and value cleanliness? Interested? Then I look forward to your contact with a brief description of your person with a photo - who you are, what you do professionally, why you are or want to be a shared apartment resident, and your ideas about shared living through apartment sharing.
Talking to each other and visiting the apartment/room is, in my opinion, the best. I look forward to your lines, to soon!
In addition to the mentioned rent, the following costs are added: electricity, internet, and obligatory Serafe. Underground parking can be rented for CHF 140.00 if needed.
And the cleaning lady has been part of it for years (CHF 120.00/month/person).
