Das Zimmer:

Zur Untermiete wird ein ca. 14,2 m2 grosses Zimmer in einer gepflegten 120 m2-Wohnung im begehrten Gellertquartier angeboten.

Zur Situation:
Die Wohnung wird von mir, einem berufstätigen 70-jährigen Herrn, sowie einem 27-jährigen berufstätigen Untermieter, bewohnt.
Da meine Tochter für ihr Studium ausgezogen ist, steht ein weiteres Zimmer zur Untermiete zur Verfügung. Mir ist ein ruhiges, respektvolles Miteinander wichtig.

Linksrheinisches Gellertquartier ruhig, grün und gut erschlossen
Gepflegte Wohnanlage mit eigenem Park
Direkt gegenüber der Roche-Türme, ca. 1,5 km vom Roche-Campus entfernt
Ideal für Wochenpendler

Hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr (Tram & Bus in Gehdistanz), schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Universität und der Innenstadt.

Ich wünsche mir eine ruhige, ordentliche Person, die einen gepflegten Umgang mit der Wohnung und gegenseitige Privatsphäre schätzt.

Vor dem Haus gibt es überdachte Abstellplätze für Fahrräder.
