A recently built studio apartment on the second floor, consisting of an open-plan living area with a living room, kitchen (equipped with Siemens appliances), and sleeping area, as well as a bathroom with a shower and bidet.

A bed frame is available, including the base and two drawers.

The mattress was purchased less than a year ago. Its price is negotiable if you are interested.

Electricity is not included. Solar panels have been installed, and I personally spend approximately CHF 25–30 per month. Naturally, the cost varies depending on individual consumption.

The laundry room is located on floor -1 and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. It is exclusively available to the tenants of the three studio apartments in the building.

Parking is available upon request for an additional monthly fee.
