Since I'm moving in with my girlfriend, we're looking for a sublessee for my beautiful 3-bedroom apartment.
The apartment was renovated about two years ago and features two balconies, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and two practical storage rooms. The shared laundry room is located in the basement.
The apartment is situated in a relatively central location, only about 7 minutes' walk from Baden train station. Directly on the other side of the main street is the Baden old town.
Current rent: CHF 1'615 + CHF 230 utility costs per month
Additionally, there is the possibility to take over part of the furniture. Since we don't need two complete sets of furniture when we move in together, we want to sell some of the furniture at a fair price.
The apartment would be available from the end of September.
