One of our three flatmates is moving on, so we are looking for a new person to join our 97 m² flat. Move-in is flexible, around 1 October.
The room
13 m² room facing the quiet inner courtyard, on the Hochparterre (raised ground floor). Calm and bright. It can come furnished or unfurnished.
Costs: ~1'195 CHF/month all-in
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, 1 bathroom + a separate toilet, and a basement storage room. There is also a balcony.
Location
2 min walk from Butzenstrasse (tram 7), 2 min from Coop and Aldi, and ~20 min to Zürich HB.
About us
We are two guys, young professionals, French-Swiss (28) and Swiss (30). We speak French together, so that would be a plus, but English works too.
We are quiet and chill during the week and prefer to keep weeknights calm (no parties/noise on weekdays).
No pets, non-smokers.
