Gundeldingen is home to Basel SBB train station, the city's main train station. The train station complex also offers a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants for hungry travelers. The area around the train station is known for excellent Asian food, and there are also Swiss restaurants. Another highlight of the neighborhood is the Gundeldinger Feld, a converted factory that hosts large live events and houses bars, cafes, restaurants, and even a climbing wall.
