Our open 3.5-room apartment in the Ypsilon in Oberkirch is looking for a new tenant.
The apartment is generously cut and has an open living and dining area with a large kitchen and plenty of space. The balcony faces the inner courtyard and is equipped with a privacy screen, providing a nice private space. The two rooms are also very quiet.
The location is extremely practical in everyday life: Migros is directly in the same building, and the bus stop is only 2 minutes away on foot.
About the apartment:
Since we have set up the apartment to be quite cat-friendly, we would be particularly pleased with tenants who have cats. Several practical things have already been installed, which can be taken over gladly. Among other things, the door to the second bathroom (shower) has a cat flap. We had our cat toilets there, which were nicely separate from the living area.
We will make a written agreement for the existing built-in fixtures, stating that we will take care of any necessary dismantling or costs in case of a later move-out.
