Shared flat with garden in Winterthur - Roommates wanted

Apartment & LocationAs of 1.10. or by arrangement, a room will become available in a 4.5-room shared flat (approx. 110 m²) in Winterthur. The apartment is spread over three floors. Each floor has a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a shared living and kitchen area, a large entrance area with additional storage space, a large garden for the exclusive use of the shared flat (facing backwards), a shed for outdoor items and space for bikes, as well as a small basement compartment. A private parking space is available. The location is central and yet quiet. The train station is about 5 minutes away by bike, and the nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away on foot. Migros, Coop, and Aldi are about 10 minutes away on foot. You can also quickly reach the Töss for swimming or the Brühlberg forest. The apartment is far enough from the main street, making it pleasantly quiet despite its central location.

WantedRoommates of similar age (around 30-40) are wanted, but more important than age is that the interpersonal chemistry is right. You're not just looking for a place to sleep, but want to have a relaxed, uncomplicated cohabitation. At the same time, the shared flat doesn't have to be the center of your life, having your own environment, friends, and daily routine outside is a matter of course. It would be nice to have a balanced togetherness: occasionally going to the Töss to swim, having a beer on the Steinberggasse, or spontaneously attending a concert. Enjoying planting vegetables in the shared garden, cooking together, crying about your job in the garden, or just retreating to your own room - all without any pressure, but with openness towards each other. Important are respectful interaction at eye level, equality, and solidarity, a clear attitude towards discriminatory thinking, humor, and ease, a conscious use of resources, as well as a healthy amount of cleanliness and order. We have already lived together in a large shared flat before and know each other's quirks quite well. We are veggie and vegan.We have been living in this apartment with a third person for a few months now. Our roommate has decided to leave Winterthur and move to Zurich.
