🏡 Bright room in a single-family house with garden in Zurich
We are looking for a fourth person as a main tenant for our shared apartment in a cozy single-family house at Frymannstrasse 62, 8041 Zurich.
The house offers a lot of space and feels more like a shared home than a classic shared apartment. The total rent for the single-family house is CHF 3,300.–. Currently, three women live here, and we are looking for a friendly, uncomplicated, and cleanliness-loving person who fits in well with us.
🌿 Your room
Your room is located on the ground floor of the house. The bathroom is directly opposite.
Also on the ground floor are:
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- Garage
- Direct access to the house and to the other common areas
🛋️ Plenty of space for shared living
On the middle floor is our large, furnished living room. There is a large cozy sofa, a TV, and a dining table – plenty of space to eat together, watch a movie, or just sit together.
Next to the living room is the kitchen.
A special plus is the garden, which belongs to the house and offers a lot of extra space, especially in the warmer months.

Currently, three women live in the house. We wish for our fourth shared apartment member someone who:
- is friendly and respectful
- values cleanliness and order
- is reliable
- enjoys a pleasant and uncomplicated living together
Of course, each person should also have their own daily routine and enough privacy.
📅 Rental period
The single-family house is currently limited until May 2027.
However, due to delays in the planned construction project, there is a high probability that the rental agreement can be extended – possibly until the end of 2027 or the beginning of 2028.
We cannot give a definitive guarantee for the extension, but the prospects are currently very good.
