The Résidence Ô Talent has been welcoming tenants with AVS / AI in adapted and protected apartments since August 2019. It is intended for older people who wish to stay at home for as long as possible or for people who require specific support. Residents benefit from a common room to share supervised activities or simply to meet neighbors in order not to feel isolated.
The Résidence Ô Talent is part of the network of medical and social support structures (SAMS) of the Fondation Les Châteaux (www.leschateaux.ch).
This structure includes 31 adapted apartments as well as the medical office of Moulin de Cugy and the Physio & Therapies office of Talent. It is served by a bus stop (60m) that connects the city center of Lausanne to the center of Cugy and its many shops.
Each of the 20 apartments with 2.5 rooms includes:
- A living room of 30 m2
- An open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer
- A bedroom of 14 m2
- A bathroom of 4 m2 with an Italian shower
- A terrace or balcony of 12 m2
