We, Tim (32) and Jonas (28), are looking for a nice roommate for our 3-person shared apartment. The apartment is located in a central area and offers a great view of the greenery, perfect for relaxed evenings after work.
About the apartment:
The open modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious living room invites you to linger together or have a movie night. The balcony with a beautiful view of the greenery is perfect for a barbecue in the summer.
Location:
Directly at Spelteriniplatz, just a few minutes' walk from the market square.
About us:
We are both employed with regular office working hours. We are both uncomplicated, respectful, and look forward to a harmonious shared apartment atmosphere.
What we are looking for:
A quiet, sometimes also sociable working person. We would also appreciate occasional joint meals or a movie/game night. But also enough opportunities to retreat, cleanliness, and respectful interaction are important to us.
