Who am I?

I am an active, 59-year-old woman, direct, open, humorous, and fairly uncomplicated. I love nature, forest, meditation, and sound, sauna, and wellness, and I am interested in a holistic lifestyle.
I live with two older cats.

What do I wish for?

A self-contained, open person who enjoys sharing beautiful living space without having to share our entire lives together.

Each person can live their own rhythm, have withdrawal and privacy. And if a coffee, a good conversation, or something shared comes up, all the better.

Authenticity, mutual respect, and an uncomplicated togetherness on an equal footing are important to me. However, cleanliness and a well-kept home are also important to me, and I am less uncomplicated about that.

And I also like the idea of making beautiful living space affordable for both of us by sharing, without us just working to live.

It is explicitly a 2-person shared flat.

Where will it take you?

To a cozy house with a total of approximately 120 m², located near nature and the forest.

You will have two private rooms with approximately 12 m² and 15 m² at your disposal. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and laundry room will be shared. The house also includes a garden, seating area, and garage.

In addition, the house has a work/therapy room that I use occasionally. If it suits your profession, we can discuss possible shared use.

Occasionally, there are also Airbnb guests in the house, so you should feel comfortable with that in principle.

Available from December 1st.
