The apartment is pleasantly quiet with 3 nice neighbors.
The apartment is furnished.
A small cellar is also available for storing materials.
As a subtenant, you will have your own room and everything else to share.
I am looking for a person who is looking for an apartment for a longer period of time.
The costs are 930 CHF, including everything (rent, utilities, internet, insurance, electricity, water).
PSI can be reached by car in 15 minutes. By bus from Brugg train station, it takes 18 minutes.
The walk to the train station takes about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike.
The FHNW is within a 10-minute walk.
The 3 rivers, all within walking distance, are particularly beautiful and invite you to stroll and jog.
The huge balcony (>20sqm) with grill and lounge invites you to linger.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the cellar for use. There are hardly any restrictions on washing time, and you can wash every day.
If required, a parking space can be rented for 110 CHF. A bike room is available.
