Whether for daily shopping, the way to work or spontaneous trips – you are completely flexible and independent.

From 01.11.2026 to 31.05.2027 (7 months) I rent my beautiful, high-quality furnished apartment in Zurich-Höngg. The apartment is located in an extremely quiet location near the city limits. Here you won't hear any car noise, just idyllic bird chirping. Additionally, the house is absolutely not ring-shaped – you enjoy your complete privacy and peace here.

• ETH Hönggerberg: You can reach the campus by E-Bike in under 10 minutes via a direct route through the idyllic forest. Alternatively, it can be reached in around 20-25 minutes by public transport.

• Zurich main station: Can be reached directly and without changing trains by bus in around 30 minutes.

• ETH center / university: Can be reached in around 35 minutes.

• Altstetten & Oerlikon train stations: Can be reached in around 30 minutes.

Important highlights in the area:

• The Limmat & Werdinsel: A bathing paradise in summer, wonderfully beautiful for walks in winter – can be reached in just a few minutes.

Who I'm looking for: Since the house inhabitants place great value on a harmonious coexistence and are very quiet, I'm looking for a quiet and careful person (or a couple) who appreciates this oasis. Since I'll be leaving a few green roommates behind, it would be extremely important to me that you have a green thumb and water them regularly during my absence.
