Description
Since our colleague will soon finish her internship, a room will become available in our shared flat :). The room is 21m2 in size and has its own bathroom with a shower. The room is unfurnished, but the items that are already in the room can stay (almost everything is free). The apartment is on the ground floor, very large, and bright. We also have a semi-private garden that we like to use to relax or cook. Additionally, the apartment has its own dryer and washing machine.
The apartment is located right next to an Aldi and is 6 minutes away from the VonRoll area and the Insel area. The city center can be reached by bus, which stops 50m from our apartment, in 10 minutes.
Now about us. We are Marco (26) and Laurin (26), we are both studying medicine in our 10th semester and have been friends for a long time. We like to cook, play games together, and often spend our evenings playing Wii through the beamer we have installed :). We are open, relaxed, and look forward to someone who simply wants to have a nice shared flat life.
