I am renting out my beautiful 3.5-room apartment in Lorraine in Bern for subletting. I am looking for a single person or a couple.
The apartment is located in a renovated old building and has a beautiful parquet floor. It is rented unfurnished.
A special plus for cat owners: The apartment already has a cat door. Therefore, I would prefer to rent the apartment to someone with a cat.
The location is really ideal: The Bern train station is just a few minutes away by bike, bus, or on foot. At the same time, you are quickly in the city center and have everything you need for daily life right nearby.
I am moving out in mid-September, and we can discuss the exact move-in date together.
The subletting is subject to the approval of the administration. Taking over the apartment after the subletting period is generally possible after consultation and agreement with the administration.
I am looking for a reliable single person or a quiet couple who will handle the apartment carefully and are interested in a long-term, uncomplicated rental relationship.
