We rent cost-effective, furnished rooms in a quiet and natural location. Despite the rural surroundings, the highway entrance in the direction of Lucerne, Zurich, and Zug is only about 10 minutes away. With public transportation, you can also reach the center of Muri AG or Merenschwand in just 10 minutes.

The bathroom and kitchen are available for shared use by the residents. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double hotplate, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. A laundry room is available for your laundry. All apartments are smoke-free.

- One or two single beds with comfortable mattresses and bedding

- Towels

- TV

- Small table with chairs, wardrobe

Included in the price are:

- High-speed internet via WLAN

- Reception fee for radio / TV (Serafe)

- All ancillary costs for water, electricity, heating, disposal

- Janitorial services and cleaning of common areas

Cleaning:

On request, we clean your room and change the bedding and towels provided by us. Monthly flat rate for monthly cleaning CHF 65, cleaning every 14 days CHF 110, weekly cleaning for CHF 175.

The minimum rental period is 4 months. The rent deposit is one month's rent each.
