Room & Apartment
The room has 11 m2, a large window and is nicely quiet at the edge of the apartment. In the 4.5-room apartment, we have plenty of space: a large living room with dining area, a kitchen (with dishwasher!), a bathroom with bathtub and 3 bedrooms. There is also a spacious, covered balcony (loggia). In the basement, there is a washing machine and drying room for the house community, plus a basement compartment.

Location
The apartment is super central in Kreuzlingen. Everything is quickly accessible:

• 1 minute to the bus stop (directly in front of the house door)
• 12 minutes on foot to Kreuzlingen train station

By bike, you need:

• 5 minutes to Konstanz old town
• 8 minutes to Konstanz main station
• 5-10 minutes to supermarkets (Migros, Coop, Lidl) and across the border to shop in Germany

For leisure and nature:

• Seeburgpark by the lake (perfect for jogging or swimming), forest and fields are also quickly accessible

We are

• Dajana (31): architect/energy consultant, wannabe handyman and amateur gardener
• Gideon (31): doing his PhD in causal AI and loves to cook and philosophize
• Aleks (28): unfortunately moving away for professional reasons

Since we are often on the go, e.g., in our Freiburg hometown, it's relaxed and casual with us, so if you have an active daily life, you fit in perfectly with our dynamics :)
If it suits you, we chat spontaneously in the evenings over tea or wine in the living room or watch something together.
As you may have noticed from the pictures, we all share a great passion for plants :)
Order and cleanliness are important to us, but we see it totally relaxed if something stays overnight after a stressful day.
Currently, we mostly speak English in the shared flat - we're looking forward to German- or English-speaking flatmates!

Move-in information
For students (University of Konstanz/HTWG) or people with a job in Switzerland, it's absolutely problem-free. The only no-go from the authorities: if you're doing an apprenticeship in Germany, unfortunately, the residence in Switzerland won't work.

Rent & Utilities
The monthly advance payment for heating/water and internet is already included in the utilities.
Remaining bills (electricity, Serafe, garbage, annual settlement) we share uncomplicatedly via a shared flat app.

Move-in date: From early November 2026 or by arrangement with Aleks, furniture takeover possible.
