Since I'm moving out, I'm looking for a new roommate for our spacious shared apartment.

The room is unfurnished, so you can decorate it to your own taste. It's compact (small, you can't fit a desk in it, but we have an office.. ;)), and super cozy!

Availability & Duration:

• Move-in: From November 1st (possibly earlier by arrangement).
• Duration: Initially limited until the end of March 2027 (due to a planned property demolition). However, there is a high probability that the period will be extended.
• Deposit: Approximately CHF 1,400

The apartment (8.5 rooms on 2 floors): The apartment in a two-family house offers a lot of space and room to feel comfortable:

• Lower floor: Large, cozy living room with a real fireplace, separate dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, storage room, guest toilet, office/creative room, and a small balcony.
• Upper floor: The bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and an additional room that has been used as a yoga/meditation room and can be flexibly redesigned.
• Extras: Attic, own cellar compartment, and own washing machine and dryer for free use (no annoying laundry schedule!)

Location: Top location in the popular Zurich-Höngg!

• Only 2 minutes' walk to the Schwert and Meierhofplatz stops (tram 13, bus 46 and 80 - direct and fast connections to the entire city).
• Shopping opportunities (Migros, Coop, Denner) are practically in front of the door.
• You can reach the Limmat and the Werdinsel in about 5 minutes on foot, and the forest is a 10-minute walk away.

Shared apartment life & costs:
You'll share this feel-good oasis with three open, uncomplicated roommates (two men, one woman between 25 and 28 years old, all employed or studying).
The rule is: everything is possible, nothing is mandatory! We're definitely not a functional shared apartment - we appreciate the uncomplicated togetherness, like to chat in the kitchen, cook together spontaneously, or let the evening fade away with a cozy glass of wine in front of the fireplace. At the same time, each of us has a fulfilling daily life, and thanks to the two floors and many common rooms, you'll always find plenty of peace and quiet and a place to retreat. The perfect balance between sociability and privacy!

Note on additional costs: So far, TV/internet, electricity, water, furniture allowance for the entire apartment, a recycling collection service, and a regular cleaning service have been included in the total costs. Since my move-out will result in a main tenant change, the future distribution of additional costs (such as internet, electricity, furniture allowance, or optional services like a cleaning service) will be finally calculated by the remaining roommates. The exact monthly rent will be determined transparently and fairly before the contract is concluded. Possibly, the new tenant would also have to become a main tenant with one of the roommates.
